Introducing Baller Sparking Ale! We had a blast at the release party for the latest creation by Fox River Brewing Company that will benefit Trim Hunger. The event took place at the beautiful Fratello’s Riverfront restaurant in Appleton. Trim Hunger founder Josif Wittnik, friends, supporters, donors, volunteers and the team behind the brew were all there to raise a glass. Owner Heidi Supple says “Baller is an attitude. Baller is an Energy. Baller is a Lifestyle.” Baller Black Label is described as a crisp sparkling ale featuring tropical fruit, stone fruit, and light citrus from the hops.
Josif says he feels like the night marked history in the community. He’s grateful that the Supples are putting their support behind the mission of Trim Hunger
