Announcing the 2024 Cut-a-Thon and Food Drive! This year, Trim Hunger has partnered with The Salon Professional Academy and the Fox River Mall for a special event on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Stylists from across the community will volunteer their time and skills for the cause. People are invited to bring a non-perishable food item to our pop-up salon from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the former Sears wing of the mall. Haircuts are $25 and the money will go directly toward food insecurities.
This year’s Cut-a-thon is coming at a great time for those back to school haircuts. Trim Hunger Founder Josif Wittnik says he’s hoping people will be at the mall shopping for back to school clothes and accessories, and pop in for a haircut. No appointments necessary!
Trim Hunger is thrilled to bring the Cut-a-thon back to the Fox Cities wtih the help of The Salon Professional Academy which hosted the event in 2015 and 2016.
