The 1st Annual Grateful Groove Holiday Fundraiser “2022” was a huge success! Your support of this event allowed us to provide 270 families with a meal.

There are sounds of the holiday season, the ringing of bells, children’s laughter, carols echoing down the street and the occasional clinking of glasses.

There is another sound you cannot hear… the sound of hunger and it is loud and constant throughout the year.

On Friday, December 16, 2022, the Lawrence Memorial Chapel was filled with music, mistletoe and magic!

In the style of a traditional variety show, the night featured several different musical styles, from country music singer/songwriter Sam Cary, the band Pegasis and the Appleton Boys Choir.

Cabaret performers Kevin Wood and Carla Gordon, along with Broadway singer David Meulemans, delighted the audience with their humorous songs and storytelling.

The hosts for the evening, were Good Day Wisconsin’s Rachel Manek and Trim Hunger Founder Josif Wittnik.
